M1 BOTANICAL SPIRIT

We have always held a deep respect for the land. Instead of large-scale farming, we embraced the wild to seek a suitable and sustainable approach.  That's when the idea to craft M1 Botanical Spirit emerged, wild harvesting the plants and flowers growing

right here on our land. It is a sustainable way to gather nature's bounty while keeping our footprint light.

Using sugar cane base spirit and a meticulously curated selection of plants and flowers, including shell ginger and betel pepper,

we have crafted a botanical-infused spirit that exudes floral aromatics to the nose and delivers a luxurious spicy richness to the palate.

M1 Botanical Spirit isn't just a drink; it is nature’s potion that embodies our journey – one filled with our love for craft, the farm, and the spirit of life.

The first small batch release was 300 bottles only.

And the second batch of 338 bottles is now available for pre-order.

The bold yet layered flavor profile of Nonzero M1 Botanical Spirit makes it an excellent choice for savoring straight or incorporating into cocktails. When used in mixed drinks, it harmonizes splendidly with gin-based concoctions. A personal favorite of ours is  to pair it with ginger ale and a dash of lemon juice. Give it a try and discover this unique botanical spirit from Taiwan for yourself.
